II Order Processing
Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
*Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Beijing time are processed the same day.
III Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Track your package on 17TRACK (for e-Packet), or carrier websites.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
IV Customs & Import Duties

Customs Declaration: We declare all shipments at the actual purchase price and include commercial invoices with product descriptions. False declarations are illegal and strictly avoided.

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions due to carrier restrictions or customs regulations:

- Belarus
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Crimea region

VI Lost & Delayed Shipments
Delayed Shipments
Allow up to 25 business days for e-Packet deliveries before reporting delays. International customs clearance can cause unexpected delays.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors and local post office first. Contact us within 14 days for investigation.
VII Shipping Insurance
Automatic Insurance Coverage
All e-Packet shipments include basic insurance up to $50 USD. For higher-value orders, we recommend upgrading to DHL or FedEx, which offer enhanced insurance options.
Additional shipping insurance can be purchased upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.
